What you send us
When you use a form, we keep the fields you fill in. That can include your name, work email, company, country, role, industry, and what you tell us about your scales or project. A partner form on the dealer and integrator pages asks only for name, work email and company. We record that you came from that page.
With the form we also store the page you first opened, the page you sent the form from, your timezone, and campaign labels such as utm_source when the link you used included them.
Choosing a meeting time opens Google Calendar. Google then holds the booking. We do not see your calendar.
Why we use it
We use form details to answer you, prepare a workflow review or a partner call, and send a blueprint you asked for. We keep them while we are in contact and for any project that follows. After that we delete them or file them with the project record.
We do not use your details for a mailing list unless you ask us to stay in touch. You can tell us to stop at any time.
Cookies
The site asks you to accept or decline analytics cookies. If you decline, we do not load them. If you accept, we may load Google Analytics, Google Ads and LinkedIn Insight so we can see which pages are used and whether an advert led to a visit. Those tools keep data under their own settings. You can change your choice by clearing this site from your browser storage and loading the page again.
Who else sees it
Enquiry email is sent through ZeptoMail, which is Zoho's email service. A booking is handled by Google Calendar. Analytics tools receive data only after you accept cookies. Our office is in Ahmedabad, India, so the people who reply to you read the message there. Those providers may store the message outside India.
What you can ask
Email hello@itechinterface.com if you want a copy of the details we hold, a correction, or deletion. We will do that unless we still need the record for a project we are working on with you, or the law requires us to keep it.
