These terms cover your use of www.itechinterface.com. Reading the site, sending a form, or booking a call means you accept them. A paid project is covered by its own contract, not by this page.
Using the site
You may read the pages and send an enquiry. Do not misuse the forms, try to disrupt the site, or scrape it to build a competing product. We may update the pages, including these terms, and the date at the top will change when we do.
Enquiries and calls
A form or a booked call is a request to talk. It is not an order, a quote, or an agreement to build software. We reply when we can, usually within one business day. What we build, the price, and who owns the result are agreed in writing before the work starts.
Partner pages describe ways we can work with scale dealers and system integrators. Joining those pages does not by itself make you a partner. The way we work, and any payment, is agreed on the call and then in writing.
Sample screens
Weights, order numbers, labels and diagrams on the site are samples. They show how a weight can move into a report, a PDF, an ERP line or a control panel. They are not a specification for your plant, and the software on your equipment will be scoped for that job.
Our materials
The writing, the mark, the diagrams and the sample screens on this site belong to ITECH INTERFACE. You may not copy them for your own product or site. If we later build software for you, ownership of that software is set in the project contract.
Liability
The site is information about our work. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for a decision you make only from reading a page or a sample screen. Where the law does not allow us to exclude liability, it is limited to what the law requires.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, hear disputes about the use of this website.
